Invite Your Team
Add teammates to your DeepTracer workspace with role-based access.
DeepTracer uses organizations as the top-level workspace for your team. Each organization can have multiple projects, and everyone in the org has access to all its projects.
Inviting a teammate
Open team settings
Go to Settings in the sidebar, then click the Team tab.
Send an invitation
Enter your teammate's email address and choose a role:
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full control — manage billing, delete the org, change any setting |
| Admin | Manage projects, team members, API keys, and alert settings |
| Member | View all data, run AI investigations, use chat, and resolve errors |
Click Invite. They'll receive an email with a link to join.
They accept the invitation
Your teammate clicks the link in their email. If they already have a DeepTracer account, they're added to your org immediately. If they're new, they'll create an account first and then be added automatically.
Pending invitations show up in the Team tab. You can cancel an invitation at any time before it's accepted.
Seat limits
| Plan | Team seats |
|---|---|
| Free | 1 (just you) |
| Pro | 5 per workspace |
Need more than 5 seats? Contact us and we'll work something out.
Switching organizations
If you're part of multiple organizations, use the org switcher in the sidebar to move between them. Click your org name at the top of the sidebar to see all your organizations.
When you switch orgs, the dashboard shows data from that org's projects. Each org is completely isolated — data, API keys, and settings are separate.
Managing roles
Owners and Admins can change a teammate's role from the Team tab. Click the role badge next to their name to pick a new role.
To remove someone from the org, click Remove next to their name. They'll lose access immediately but any data they sent is preserved.
